My expertise has been cultivated through resourcefulness and a commitment to learning, further fortified by a decade of project management and operations experience. My background spans training and enablement, technical launches, marketing, content creation, product development, and operations management.
I have navigated a spectrum of organizations, ranging from not-for-profits to multi-billion-dollar corporations like Carnival Cruise Line, established startups such as Indeed, and grassroots ventures in Toronto and remotely. I began formally consulting in 2017, and consistently employ a solutions- and strategy-driven approach to creatively address challenges.
Over the past decade, I've dedicated myself to refining classic project management and agile methodologies, crafting effective blueprints and templates. My objective is to adapt these frameworks for organizations, incorporating robust change management practices and expediting time-to-value.
I prioritize clear communication, documentation, and organizational empowerment for future projects. Additionally, I firmly believe that a comprehensive plan must include defined success metrics, and no initiative is truly complete until measurements are taken and acted upon.
